Yes, I'm noticing that myself. If I use
bin\tomcat run
I get a turbine.log with a displayed length of 0, but
there is actually content within and no velocity.log.
bin\tomcat start
I get a turbine.log with a displayed length > 0, but
still no velocity.log. I'll check again to make sure
that the URL being produced by my fiddling is valid.
If it is, then I'll have to go delving into the
org.apache.log package to see how the output works.
