Turbine was originally written to run on WebLogic, long time ago. Some
of the packages
used by Turbine (ECS and Village) are free rewrites of WebLogic
packages.
When I got involved with Turbine in the beginning of June, I tried
runnnig it on WebLogic 5.2
and it worked. There some weird problems on first invocation of the
servlet, but then it was
working fine, and was noticably faster than on Tomcat.
