Torque and Oracle on WinNT!

Hello,

I search a person how has torque with configuration for a xml->sql
translation with ORACLE!
I have many problem to configure Torque on WinNt!

If a person have it, maybe i can give  my db.xml to translate in db.sql
with Oracle!
