yea...i guess that the version of velocity in there isn't the CVS version.
it is a "special" version that jason has that still had FastWriter in it...
so, if you update velocity in the TDK from a CVS version, also make sure to
update the turbine.jar as well from CVS.
please note that velocity in CVS is currently not 100% as we are trying to
solve some threading issues with it. I'm getting like 2 out of 1000 failed
requests...so, it isn't life threatening, but it isn't perfect.
