Hello,
ECS has a couple of setOnFocus() and setOnBlur() methods for
the Input class, representing an input field within a form.
These two events are perfectly valid for a Select object,
which represents a pull-down menu within a form, but the Select
class does not include the methods. The patch seems to be
really straightforward: just add the two missing methods, and
(possibly) implement FocusEvents in class Select.
