velocity + apache problem

my velocity bases screens work fine with tdk1.1a9

then i moved them to my server where tomcat3.2b7 + apache1.3.12 is installed
(i copied the whole dir from tdk/webapps)
now if i call a screen the html-source code is shown ....

any idea???
