Hello!
Those following the commit messages list surely noticed that
the new improved Security Service has been already merged
into the code trunk.
Right now only DB/Peers is supported, but LDAP UserManager
will appear shortly.
DB Schemas changed substantially. Right now only MySQL
schemas are up to day. The databases that are handled by
Torque will have their schemas updated shortly, others
need volunteers to convert and test them.
Some old code will be broken (especially if it was
referencing Peers of security related tables
directly). I hope that the fixes will be trivial,
and the new functionality is by far supreme to
the old one.
The old administration application was deleted.
It was depending on peers so much that I felt that
it will be easier to write it from scratch than
update.
The act of merging the code into the trunk does not mean
it is final in any way. If you have any comments regarding
the new system, please speak up.

Oh, and there's probably a bazzilion misspellings in
comments, as usual :-( I'll get to that later...
