TURBINE_* names are correct.
Right now only MySQL schemas are up to date with Java sources.

We should have schemas for DB supported by Torque fairly soon, other
Databases
need voluneers to wirte correct SQL scripts based on MySQL script, or
better
yet add Torque templates so we can generate them.

If you have some time on your hands, I;d appreciate if you prepared SQL
scripts 
for Sybase and sent them to me.
