I need the jpyhton.jar to compile the jpython assembler broker stuff. At
the moment I don't copy the jpython classes to the bin directory by default.
I only copy the jpython classes when explicitly stated with a
"prepare-python" ant task.
I think that this task should then also attempt to download jpython.jar, but
not before.
Is this ok with everybody? I don't think it is necessary for somebody to
download jpython.jar if it is never used...
