You're compiling against JSDK2.0 and these classes are calling JSDK2.2
methods. As far as I know there hasn't yet been agreement to drop JSDK2.0
support, but maybe there should be...
Otherwise the same reflection trick as used in RunDataFactory is needed in
these places...
(I'm +1 for dropping JSDK2.0 support myself).
