No, you're right, there aren't. I thought it looked damned strange.
(For some reason the turbine-schema.xml in my TDK webapp's build/project
directory had a spurious copy of the foreign-key tag from the
TURBINE_USER_GROUP_ROLE table in the TURBINE_USER table tag. I was looking
at it using emacs PSGML so I must have hit a couple of unfortunate keys and
copied a whole tag across or something...)
