There is currently no admin front end for either the scheduler or the
security back end. I intend to do some work on this as soon as I have a
little spare time for it - I'm currently working on analysis and design
stages of a Turbine based product, and I'll need the admin stuff before I
finish so as soon as I move to the implementation stage I will write it
(assuming no one gets there first :-)
