I'm trying to migrate an app from WebMacro to Velocity.
I changed all the classes to inherit from Velocity classes,
and modified my TR.props file, adding the velocity.props
file to WEB-INF/conf also. The thing is giving the following
error messages:

Stack Trace follows:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.apache.velocity.runtime.Runtime.getTemplate(Runtime.java:888)
Line 888 in Runtime.java tries to access globalCache, which is
in turn initialized by Runtime.init(). I have the impression
this method is not being called. My question is: is the default
velocity.props file Ok to be used from a Turbine app that has
been configured to use Velocity as a templating service? Is there
anything else I should be careful with?
Also, there is no VelocityErrorScreen. I added one; should
I commit it, or should I be using something else?
