I am using Rafal's startup code and reported earlier that
if I init Turbine, and then it inits again when Turbine
is hit for the first time, some exceptions occured in
my services. That was my foult, for not properly
setting inited to true after initialization.
I have now found a much more troubling issue.
If I init Turbine, and then hit the Turbine servlet,
BEFORE initialization is finished I get a response
containing error 503.
The bad thing about this is that this leaves the
server incapacitated. Each subsequent request
will return the same error. This obviously means
that a server in constant use could not be
restarted at all.
I hit the server with:
http://myserver/myapp/servlet/Turbine
and get the following error:
Error: 503
Location: /myapp/servlet/Turbine/redirected/true
-1 < 0
