Hi,
I used Webmacro at first, but I couldn't get it to match templates to
classes when they were in subdirectories and subpackages
(/templates/admin/index.vm wouldn't match com...modules.screens.admin.Index,
so I had to go use /templates/adminIndex.vm and
com...modules.screens.AdminIndex)
In frustration, I tried Velocity and this magically worked (although there
may have been a Turbine upgrade somewhere in between which fixed this - I'm
not sure where template-class matching is handled)
Anyhow, seems to me as if Velocity is more actively maintained. It is also a
Apache project.
But Turbine still ships with WebMacro by default. Don't really know why -
perhaps the guys haven't had a chance to change it yet.
I say go Velocity :-)

Subject: Velocity or Webmacro
Hi. there,
I'm new to the list. It seems that velocity and webmacro almost do the
same thing. Is there any preference of using one not the other?
Thanks
