Most of the jar files get pulled from the turbine/lib
directory so if you change jar files change them in
the turbine/lib directory but make sure you test them
first. For the most part just stick with what's in
the turbine/lib directory. For things like tomcat
and hypersonic, just keep track of them in the
xdocs/change.xml file.
I think Jon is going to redo part of the TDK using
Catalina so you might want to coordinate with him.
