Yea, this one bit me as well...
take a look at the javadoc for org.apache.turbine.util.TurbineConfig
not 100% the way that i want it, but it is good enough (i'm cringing at the
idea that we have to call new TurbineConfig(), but i also see the reasoning
behind it).
