Peer Docs

Hi,

I added some docs on a bit more advanced Peer topics than simple
selects/inserts/updates.  It is in the docs under "Advanced Peers".  I'd
appreciate any comments from someone with lots of Peers experience just to
make sure I'm on the right track.
