I believe this results from the fact that you weren't
properly connected to the net when running Torque to
generate your SQL. We placed the DTD for torque on
a web server which has proven sub optimal for people
generating app in a disconnected mode.
Martin has fixed this in Torque so that the DTD that
Torque requires is pulled out of the Turbine JAR
file instead of pulled across the net. He used
an EntityResolver which is now in CVS. The upshot
is that you will be able to generate apps while
disconnected from the net. Sorry for the problem,
it has been fixed but you'll have to be patient
for the next TDK :-)
