I have spent the day working on the docs actually. I am trying to
use Anakia for the docs, but am also trying to sift anything
irrelevant.
Here's a quicky TODO:
- cleanup getting started page. get rid of all references to
ECS and use Velocity as the example.
- the installation page should refer to the TDK, the TDK
being the primary options for using Turbine.
- clean up the todo.
-> WM licensing doesn't matter anymore, remove.
-> Velocity impl is finished, remove.
-> Who cares about OPal? i say remove.
-> the init() has been finished. yes? remove.
-> TDK exists which takes care of building init directory structure, remove.
- could actually make a FAQ, who knows when Jyve will come alive
and when it does we can feed the static FAQ in there. there
are tons of answered questions in the mailing list that
could be formatted nicely.
- torque page could use an overhaul. lots of new features
have been added and a better example could be used. i originally
used part of turbine schema, but a better example could be chosen.
and the structure of the schema has changed slightly we now
allow multiple databases, you can select the idMethod and
probably other stuff.
This is just off the top of my head as I've been looking at
the docs today. It's a start at least, dig in if you want!
