I have patches for the 6 files with deprecated methods if anybody wants
to check them in. They were mostly just method name changes, except for
String[] getValueNames() changed to Enumeration getAttributeNames() so a
loop in Turbine.java had to be changed.
The patches have long lines, so I'll send them as attachments to
whomever wants to check them in.
