The only DB that the TDK fully supports right now is MySQL. The
Torque templates required for creating Postgres databases doesn't
exist and I haven't tested the latest Postgres JAR with the
ant <sql> task that inserts the generated SQL.

The peer app works well with MySQL, no other DBs are fully supported
within the TDK yet.
