FAQ account prob

there appears to be a problem with Turbine FAQ account creation?

In attempt to be a helpful soul and answer somebody's question
I was unable... :(

the Messgage at the top was something possibly regarding JavaMail
but I have lost that screen so I don't have the exact text.
