Look at util.DynamicURI.java. Everything you need is in there.
Also, the reason for having it work the way it does is *strictly* for the
fact that search engines will NOT index *any* site URL with a ? in it. Go do
a search on google and tell me how many URI's come up with a ? in it. :-)
Therefore, expect your site to not be crawled if you do it that way.
