We will be moving away from keeping the generated site stuff in CVS and
moving towards a model where we generate it on the server that we deploy it
on. The reason why we stored the files in CVS is because a long time ago, it
wasn't possible to generate the files on the apache.org server as the server
didn't have JDK 1.2 installed.
