Nope.
TDK-1.1a10 uses Ant 1.3 alpha. I replaced the ant.jar in the <tdk-root>/lib dir with
the Ant 1.2 jar and build-project still
recompiles all my classes. TDK-1.1a9 didn't do this... I've been trying to find the
cause of this but no luck yet :(
