The documentation and the scripts on the CVS should be up-to-date, as I
fixed them some time ago when installing Turbine here.
Colin, if you can get the docs and scripts from the CVS, everything
should work ok.
Age, you "hack" is not the best approach. :-) Instead of using the
"hard-coded" id 1 in the script, you should use the sequence (I think
it's called turbine_user_seq or something).
