Oracle and Windows is not a fully supported combination
vis-a-vis automatic peer app generation. The only
combinations that are known to work are the MySQL & Linux
and MySQL & Windows combos.
Randall is correct in that it is the .bat file that
is responsible creating the database that isn't working.
This is because there isn't one for Oracle :-( If someone
submitted some scripts for creating databases in Oracle
then I would gladly add them to the Torque templates.
I'm working on the auto app generation for Postgres
and Hypersonic right now, and I think Martin is working
on Oracle so hopefully these will be tested soon.
