When initially generating an application there are sources
that are not OM related: in order for these sources to
land in the desired package, the package has to be
specified in the newapp.props file. This ensures that
screens classes get placed in the correct location package
wise.

The value that is set in newapp.props will be passed along
to your project properties file so that your generated
OM classes will have the same package prefix.

The only place that you set properties in a TDK app is
in the project properties file. The torque config files
aren't used in the context of the TDK. I've tried to
make the project properties file the single place for
all project config info. The next version of TDK has
the torque config files removed so that they don't
cause any confusion.
