UIManager

Hi,

I don't think there are many people using the UIManager
but the package for the UIManager has changed: I moved
it out of o.a.t.util.pull and moved it into
o.a.t.service.pull.util in an attempt to
group services and their utiltity
classes in a more coherent fashion.
