I agree. We might need a seperate services for configuration,
and file resources. This is unfortunate because moving configuration
into ConfigurationService would break virtualy all Turbine and
Turbine-based
code in existence :-)
An alternative to that would be a two-tier service implementation like
the
SecurityService, which used UserManager class to handle user data
storage and
authentication separately from authorization.
