Is *all* information lost, or just the form fields disappear and the
uploaded
file (the FileItem) is OK?
If everything is lost, your application might be unable to write the
temporary
files due to permission problem or lack of space on the device.
If it's only form fields, then we have found a bug in the service.
I'm waiting for further information.
