This is mainly for Tomak/Rafal at e-point,
I've been working with the Log4JavaLogger code (adding support for
SMTPAppender) and noticed that the call to the SyslogAppender
constructor passes in 'logLevel' as the syslogFacility code. I'm sure
this is wrong, one of the LOG_xxx constants in SyslogAppender should be
being used.
But I may have missed a trick...
