Proper information storage place

Hi all,

As I understand
The data.getUser().setPerm() is the proper place for the User Permanent Infomation
and
The data.getUser().setTemp() is the proper place for the temporay information through 
session tracking.

Then where is the proper place during the single request for some object
which didn't cover by RunData.

Any Comment appreciate.
