[TDK] another 1.1a12 with TC classloader fixes

Hi,

I'm just uploading another pre-release of the TDK. This
one has fixes in the TC4 classloader that Craig
fixed yesterday. This should fix the "sealing violation"
for those trying to run the XML-RPC service under
TC4, and this should also fix the problems that
the Jetspeeders were having.
