Source code is available in the jakarta-alexandria cvs tree, in the
proposal/gump directory.
Discussion/gripes/requests should be directed to the jakarta-alexandria
mailing list.
Current output (including a large number of Jakarta and XML projects) can
be found at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/gump/latest/
Rationalle for the name:
1) I'm a command line user. I got tired of typing "gen && update
all && build all", so I created a "guba.bat". Reminded me of "Bubba
Gump", from the movie "Forest Gump", which got me thinking...
2) There can not be a more perfect slogan for a tinderbox than "My
mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know
what you're gonna get." ;-)
3) Why is cocoon the only project named after a cool movie? ;-)
