It should be - the problem is that torque.xml gets updated with the new
attributes for the vtorque tag, but those changes then don't get
propogated to build-project.xml for a while. it's something I've been
meaning to look at, to see if build-project.xml can invoke torque.xml
directly instead of duplicating its content.
Mind you Jason was going to look at automatically mapping properties to
vtorque properties without the need for the attributes, which would
somewhat mollify the problem. This involves some reengineering of Texen
though - and I imagine Jason hasn't had time to do this yet...
