Hi,

I have tweaked and experimented enough with MoinMoin at this point
that I now have a good setup to get us started with the most
important bits of Docudo covered (albeit with a less-optimal
workflow). This first order of business is getting the docs that are
in svn converted to ReST and up on the wiki. I'd ultimately like to
get both 0.8 and 1.0 docs converted, but clearly the 1.0 docs are a
far higher priority. In addition to converting the 1.0 docs from svn,
we'll need to do some comparison of those docs vs. the docs that were
worked on a little in Docudo.

The docs to be converted from svn are located here:

http://www.turbogears.org/svn/turbogears/website/newdocs/

The wiki is here:

http://docs.turbogears.org/

Docudo is not running for the moment, but I'll turn it back on
sometime soon for the purposes of converting docs. Again, though,
focus on the official docs.

Information about how to put together docs is here:

http://docs.turbogears.org/DocHelp

Anyone can add docs to the 1.0/RoughDocs page. You can convert a doc
using the instructions on the DocHelp page and put it up in
RoughDocs. I can move it after that.

I'll be looking for people who are very knowledgeable about
TurboGears to be editors on this site. (You need to be part of the
EditorGroup to edit official docs.)

Docs are the big thing standing between us and 1.0, and I think we've
got the right infrastructure now to get the docs together and *keep
them in shape* so that we're not in such a sorry state.

By the way, once a few people other than myself have looked at the
wiki and found it to not have some kind of glaring insanity, I will
turn off write access to the Trac wiki and point everyone over to the
docs site.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Kevin
