Not sure what you mean by "wiki-style", if you mean you should link every instance of "TurboGears" to ``TurboGears``, no. If, on the other hand, you're discussing app configuration, a link to the ``1.0/Configuration`` page is useful. Basically, link as if the document is an HTML guide.
