Hi
I have done some digging into this and here are the actions I think are need
to be done, sadly they demand CLI access so I need Lee or someone else to do
them.

MoinMoin has this thing call BadContent and that is how they control spam.

- first of all this needs to be installed
http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/AntiSpamGlobalSolution actually it just needs
to be activated.
- then we need to create a LocalBadContent page, instructions above too.
- last but not least when a page gets spammed we can use this script
http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/ScriptMarket/ExtractBadContentScript?highlight=%28ScriptMarket/%29to
add stuff to to our LocalBadContent and eventually porting those to
the
"master one" but again this needs to be run dirrectly on the server :(

on a site note I found this script that seems like a nice idea to run from
time to time.
