I would keep the wish list and the todo list separate, i.e. 1.0/RoughDocs/DocumentationWishList (Could be moved under DocTeam as well, but why bother) and DocTeam/Todo The latter would contain such items like [ ] clean up the front page [ ] delete page x from trac [ ] repair page x in wiki etc. which are of no interest to users requesting new documentation. But no matter how we do it, it should be clear, where to look for things to do, if someone wants to help out.
