Yes, this is related to a longstanding bug:

I currently have now Windows installation and consequently no IE 7 to
test this, thatswhy I haven't got around to fixing the CSS yet. A simple
fix I tried resulted in a broken layout for IE 6 :-(
So, if anybody can fix this and attach a patch for the CSS to the
ticket, I'll gladly update the wiki. If somebody is at it anyway, maybe
he/she can also fix this bug at the same time:
