If it's under RoughDocs, it shouldn't have an Offcial status. In fact, none of the 1.1 docs have been "officially" reviewed so far, AFAICT*. I think this was just copied over from the 1.0 docs, with changing the status. Since this page was already vandalized a few times by anonymous, I have now set the permissions so that only logged in users can edit it. Let's see how that works out.
