Do you have a list of all official versions you guys released? Or how
would I know what svn version to check out to get  release x,y,z..up
to ..1.0.4.5?

I think it would be better and simpler to get the structure if you
could maybe create separate archive section:
http://www.turbogears.org/archive/X.Y.Z/api/
