It should be ...
[ ... snip ... ]

ProxyPassReverse / http://127.0.0.1:8080/
ProxyPreserveHost On
ProxyRequests Off
[ ... snip ... ]
Basically, ProxyPassReverse, not ProxPassReverse.
Error thrown by apachectl configtest is
Syntax error on line 1031 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'ProxPassReverse', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration
