Even though I agree with it needing to be changed I don't see it helping
all that much. We've already seen people deploying with the development
configuration in some cases (people sent their sites to the mailing list)
so they hadn't even changed the way the "start-<project>.py" is called.
What I believe is more useful is putting better defaults inside prod.cfg.
(After all, the developer will be editing it to, at least, change the
database URI...)
