There are repetitive cases of people asking about problems with their apps
because they've customized their identity classes with reserved SQL
keywords such as "group" and "user". Unfortunately the example provided
in app.cfg uses these as well.
This patch adds a note to app.cfg and changes these names to others as
significant as these but harmless if used without a change.
