This procedure varies a lot between different supported databases, what is
inside the database (blobs, just text, views, triggers, stored procedures,
functions, rules, custom types, etc.) and other things.
There are lots of tools for different database servers that allows you to
sync different bases or see their differences and generate the necessary
commands to make then them same again.
