Since we switched back to HTML, it's now irrelevant, but just as an aside
to the [http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/1963#comment:6 comment] about
the meta tag, [http://schneegans.de/web/xhtml/ this page] explains why it
is bad to set the content type to `application/xhtml+xml` in the meta tag
even if you're using XHTML, you should use `text/html` nevertheless.
