#2061: Make form tutorial use live code

There have been several comments on this page indicating a desire for a
downloadable tarball with the code -- also the code needs to be tested to
make sure it still works with newer versions of FE and TW, etc. So, I
propose making a package like the wiki20 package in the docs that has a
sample widget project in it.
Then this page:
http://turbogears.org/2.0/docs/main/ToscaWidgets/forms.html
should be updated to import code samples from there.
